Lasagna "Classic"
Lasagna – is a traditional dish of Italian cuisine, especially of Bologna. It consists of several slices of boiled dough with layers of various filling between them. Dough for Lasagna “Classic” by TM KEMMI is made of durum wheat flour.
Layers of filling consist of meat ragout or mince, tomatoes, spinach, other vegetables and Parmesan cheese.
Modern lasagna usually consists of six slices of dough, each slice is covered with meat mince, mushrooms, vegetables and grated cheese and butter on top (apart from Parmesan, Italians usually use such types of cheese as Ricotta and Mozzarella). Then dish is baked in the oven.
