About the product

Lagman noodles are the semi-finished product, used for cooking of traditional dishes of  peoples living in Central Asia. Lagman in Kazakh is the dish of the Kazakh national cuisine, one of the festive and everyday dishes.

Adding egg yolk to the dish composition allows to increase nutritional value of the product and make the taste and color more intense. Egg yolk improves the noodle elasticity, which is very important for cooking process.
