Beshbarmak noodles are the semi-finished product, used for cooking of traditional dishes of peoples living in Central Asia. Beshbarmak – is one of the daintiest Kazakh national dishes, which is very popular and is the main dish of festive table. Beshbarmak noodles are not boiled soft during cooking and are of better quality compared to home-made noodles.
Adding egg yolk to the dish composition allows to increase nutritional value of the product and make the taste and color more intense.
