Beshbarmak noodles are the semi-finished product used for cooking of traditional dishes of peoples living in Central Asia. Beshbarmak – is one of the daintiest Kazakh national dishes, which is highly esteemed for its taste and is the main dish of festive table. In the pulping process Beshbarmak noodles “Dastarkhan” are not boiled soft during cooking and are of better quality compared to home-made noodles.
